• Prioritize the community's needs first and foremost

• Ensure the OCP reflects community values and aligns with our rural designation

• Support team-based collaboration between mayor and councillors

• Ensure Council’s decisions, strategy and plans are implemented in line with community values

• Reinstate dialogue with residents during meetings and through correspondence

• Improve public consultation on important questions: meeting bare minimum requirements is not good enough

• Continue to be accountable for how I vote and push for openness and transparency
